Jonathan P. Rosamond - Attorney At Law
Medicaid Solutions for Texans operates under the supervision of Jonathan Rosamond, PLLC. A practicing lawyer in the Dallas area, Jonathan is a member of the State Bar of Texas and its sections on Real Estate, Probate, & Trust law as well as Military and Veterans Law. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Jonathan is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jonathan maintains Associate status with the Virginia State Bar, where he was first licensed to practice law.
Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington & Lee University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. His academic awards include Chancellor’s List, Phi Sigma Tau, and Pi Sigma Alpha. Following law school, Jonathan served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army, where he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal among other awards. He then worked in private practice in the Dallas office of the global law firm Baker McKenzie as well as the Dallas powerhouse firm of Wick Phillips.

Jerry Mann is Founder and President of Medicaid Solutions for Texans (MS4T) dedicated to Senior Estate Preservation and Wealth Transfer Planning. For over a decade, MS4T has helped families preserve their life savings and become eligible for Medicaid assistance. Jerry and his passionate team of associates have served over 5,000 clients in obtaining Medicaid eligibility with a 100% success rate.
MS4T and its experienced staff work with a network of Elder Law Attorneys to identify all methods available to help families preserve their hard-earned wealth and make sure their loved ones get the care they need. Victor Zaragoza - Director Of Operations
Victor Zaragoza is the Senior Case Analyst of Medicaid Solutions for Texans (MS4T). Prior to joining the MS4T team in 2014, Victor spent seven years on the Medicaid for Elderly and People with Disabilities Unit for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Victor is experienced in helping clients navigate the complex Medicaid applications and processing those applications successfully to qualify them for Medicaid benefits. Victor’s greatest reward is knowing that he can help clients preserve their assets and be able to pass them down to their loved ones.
