Jerry Mann — Founder
Jerry helped shape MS4T’s early focus on senior estate preservation, Medicaid eligibility, and personal guidance for families navigating long-term care decisions. He emphasized taking the time to understand each family’s concerns and explaining the available options in practical terms.
Janet Sue Rush — Founder
Janet helped build the relationships and community connections that allowed MS4T to reach families when they needed help. Her work contributed to the company’s emphasis on responsiveness, trust, and personal service.
Jerry and Janet are no longer affiliated with or part of Medicaid Solutions for Texans. The founding principles they emphasized — clear guidance, respectful service, and personal attention — remain part of the company’s foundation as MS4T moves forward under new leadership.
